At Vivenza, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you are entitled to a return, exchange, or full refund, in accordance with consumer protection laws across the United Kingdom and European Union.
This policy outlines the terms, timeframes, and procedures for returns and refunds applicable to all purchases made on vivenza.fun.
1. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery — without the need to provide a reason.
This period complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Returns for Defective or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
Our team may ask for clear photos or a short video (up to one minute) showing the defect and the original packaging label for verification purposes.
Once validated, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 7 business days.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must:

5. Refund Options
Depending on the payment method used:

Credit/Debit Card: refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: refunds are usually instant after approval.

Bank Transfer or PIX: processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been successfully issued.
6. Shipping Costs
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Vivenza will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to change of mind or dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
In either case, all shipments must be made using a tracked delivery method to ensure secure processing.
7. Warranty Policy
All Vivenza products include a 15-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a product defect occurs within this period, customers may request a replacement or refund by sending photos or video proof, including the original shipping label.
We do not provide technical repairs or third-party maintenance services.
