2. Credit & Debit Card Payments

2.2. For your protection, Vivenza reserves the right to verify card and billing information before order approval. In case of any inconsistencies, our support team will contact you to confirm the data.
2.3. Purchases made with a credit card can be paid:

In up to 12 installments with interest, to be borne by the customer.
2.4. The delivery timeframe begins only after the payment has been successfully authorized by your card issuer. You will be notified by email once your payment has been approved.
3. PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay
3.1. These payment methods provide a fast and secure checkout experience without needing to manually enter card details.
3.2. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways, and Vivenza does not store or access your financial data at any point.
4. Bank Transfers / PIX
4.1. For select regions, we offer instant payment options such as PIX (Brazil) or SEPA Bank Transfer (EU).
4.2. Orders paid via bank transfer or PIX may take up to 24–48 hours to be confirmed in our system.
4.3. PIX payments receive a 5% discount, automatically applied at checkout.
